ü Carry out a proper environmental risk assessment and management;
ü Avoid the use of water sources for washing steps required for steel kegs;
ü Cut down the production of waste and give it to specialized companies that recycle it;
ü Study and design each keg component in order to allow their recyclability and/or reuse;
ü Keep in check energy efficiency and optimize the management of energy consumption.
